Decretum laudis

The decretum laudis is in the Catholic Church law, a commendation decree by which the Pope an institutional foundation ( religious, priests Community ) officially endorses. While it is not a final recognition, but in the internal management independence from the local bishop and thus the emergence of a Congregation juris Pontificii.
