Djed - hotep -Re Dedumose (I.) was an ancient Egyptian King (Pharaoh) of the Second Intermediate Period.

Djed - hotep -Re Dedumose has only been of a stela from Edfu known that originates from an official with the title king's son, and in the upper box lists the full titulary of the ruler. The exact classification of Djed - hotep -Re Dedumose without exceptions. From Beckerath puts him at the end of the 13th Dynasty. Ryholt suspected, however, that he reigned during the 16th dynasty, the Ryholt defined as Theban dynasty.
