Deidamia (mythology)
Deidameia (Greek Δηιδάμεια ) is a figure from Greek mythology. With Achilles she is the mother of Neoptolemus.
She was the daughter of the king Lycomedes, king of Skyros, her son Achilles dressed as a girl at his daughters Thetis hid so he did not have to pull in the Trojan War.
