Dejan Košir

Dejan Košir ( born January 30, 1973 in Jesenice, Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia ) is a former Slovenian snowboarders.

Košir launched for the ASK Kranjska Gora and in 2003 was world champion in parallel giant slalom. At the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, he finished fifth and in Turin in 2006, he was sixth.

Full-time Košir works as a waiter. At a height of 1.86 m and weighs 85 kg.

Awards

2003 Košir was named Slovenian Sportsman of the Year.
