Delia Scala

Delia Scala (actually Odette Bedogni; born September 9, 1929 in Bracciano, † January 15, 2004 in Livorno) was an Italian dancer and actress.

Life

Scala since the childhood ballet classes participated in the Milan Teatro alla Scala, which is also reflected in her stage name expressed on completion. After various appearances in musicals and musical comedies she went to the young Italian television, where she well into the next decade played many shows from 1956. Until then, she was in over 30 films, mostly comedies and entered revue films before the camera. Late success brought the TV miniseries Casa Cecilia (1982 /83). Scala died " after a serious illness" at the age of 74 years.

Scala also took up various plates.
