Deliberative assembly

The plenum (from Latin plenum ( Consilium ) " full complement of meeting " to Plenus, - a,-um " full"; plural: plenums, Plena ) is the assembly, so the session if possible, all members of an institution (also plenary session ) - usually the term for the Assembly of a parliament.
