Dell Wyse

Wyse Technology Inc. was founded in 1981, IT company based in San José, California (USA) and offices worldwide, which had specialized in Thin Client Solutions. The company was acquired in May 2012 by Dell, since products are available only under the name Dell Wyse.

According to a study by IDC Wyse was in 1999 with 37.5 % for the third year in a row the market leader. The company had held a 35% share of the market for thin client solutions by its own account (as of 2007).

From February 2007 to May 2013 was Tarkan Maner as CEO of the company in office.

Products

The company produced both thin client hardware (such as the Winterm thin clients, the series) and software solutions ( Wyse Thin OS about ) ago. In addition, Wyse offered services, support and training on the products.
