Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited ( DTTL ), known under the brand name Deloitte [ dilɔ ͜ ɪt ], is next to PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC ), Ernst & Young, KPMG and one of the Big Four firms in the accounting and consulting industry.
