Delphine Combe

Delphine Combe ( born December 6, 1974 in Aubenas ) is a retired French sprinter, who took especially in the 100 - meter race and achieved their greatest success with the French 4 x 100 - meter relay.

She started at the World Athletics Championships in Gothenburg in 1995 over 100 m and reached there the quarterfinal round. In 1996, she won the French league title in the 200 -meter run and was nominated for the French 4 x 100 m relay at the Olympic Games in Atlanta. Combe was only used in the qualifying round, and the squadron reached the finals without them in sixth place.

At the World Athletics Championships 1997 in Athens, she won the bronze medal in the relay. Behind the teams from the U.S. and Jamaica ran the French quartet in the lineup Patricia Girard, Christine Arron, Delphine Combe and Sylviane Félix with a time of 42.41 s a national record. Combe entered Athens in the 100 -meter run, left here however in the first round.

In 2002 she took at the European Championships in Munich the gold medal in the relay. In the table Delphine Combe, Muriel Hurtis, Sylviane Félix, Odiah Sidibé Frenchwomen struck in 42.46 s, the squadrons from Germany and Russia. In the 100 -meter run Combe reached the semifinals in Munich.
