Delta Aurigids

The delta Aurigids are an active year in October meteor stream, with a ZHR of two meteors per hour. The radiant is located in the northern area of the constellation Fuhrmann.

The delta Aurigids was considered for many years together with the September Perseids as a meteor stream. It was not until more detailed studies revealed that there are two separate streams, which merge seamlessly into each other.
