Delta Velorum

Delta Velorum is a star system in the constellation of sails of the ship. It is about 80 light-years away from Earth. The system consists of two binary stars. The brightest of the four stars, Delta Velorum A, is a white main sequence star with a brightness of 2 mag. His companion Delta Velorum B, has a brightness of about 5 mag and is of component A 2.6 arcseconds away. The second double system is 69 arcseconds away. It consists of the star Delta Velorum size 11 C and the 13th mag star Delta Velorum D, which have a distance of 6 arc seconds of each other.
