History

Once in 2003, the Hamburg-based label was forced to declare bankruptcy Eimsbush, founded Dynamite Deluxe Member Samy Deluxe in the same year a new record label. There was then a sub-label of Capitol Records, part of the EMI Group. With Deluxe Records Samy Deluxe fulfilled the dream of the own label. The first artists of the label were next to Samy Deluxe itself, the rap crew Headliners and the rapper Illo. To make them known, founded Samy Deluxe Hamburg's Finest, a division of Deluxe Records for the marketing of mixtapes and fan merchandise, initially only through the Internet, since Mixtape Vol 4 but also in retail. In addition, 2005 was the compilation album Deluxe Records - Let's Go! on the market, with the Samy Deluxe in combination with the Let's Go Tour his crew presented an even larger audience.

2006 signed with the Munich Ali A $, Blade of Cologne and the Ruhr Area rappers Manuellsen, Snaga & Pillath equal to five new additions to the Deluxe Records.

From 12 February 2007 there was with deluxe push an internet show. There, live performances and backstage footage of the artists of the label were shown. The consequences appeared at irregular intervals. Meanwhile Deluxe Zoom is no longer produced.

In July 2007, Deluxe Records separated by Capitol Records / EMI Group and has since worked as an independent label with distribution through Groove Attack. Only the albums by Samy Deluxe continued to publish on Capital Records / EMI Group. In December 2007, moved TUA, which previously belonged to the squad of the label Royal Bunker to Deluxe Records. In March 2008, Snaga & Pillath separated due to business differences of Deluxe Records. Also Manuellsen soon left the label. In the course of 2008 Illo ended his rap career and Blade left the label. Thus last were only Ali As and Tua next label owner Samy Deluxe under contract. In December 2008, the three rappers published the second label sampler with the aptly titled Honey, I shrunk the label. 2009 have been published solo albums by Tua and Samy Deluxe. Samy Deluxe Deluxe Records closed in 2010 after his mixtape The Last Dance for economic reasons.
