DeMarre Carroll

DeMarre LaEdrick Carroll ( born July 27, 1986 in Birmingham, Alabama, United States ) is an American professional basketball player who plays for the Atlanta Hawks of the National Basketball Association.

Career

Carroll played up to his sophomore season at Vanderbilt University. In 2006 he moved to the University of Missouri.

He applied to the 2009 NBA Draft and was selected by the Memphis Grizzlies at 27th place. After about one and a half years, he was transferred to the Houston Rockets. After a few games, he was dismissed from the Rockets. In December 2011, he signed with the Denver Nuggets, but was released after four inserts. In February 2012, he was hired by the Utah Jazz. The Jazz Carrol started in 9 of the remaining 20 games and had part in making the Jazz qualified for the playoffs in 2012.

In the summer of 2013 Carroll signed a two -year contract with the Atlanta Hawks.
