Den Haag Centraal is the main railway station of the Dutch city of The Hague.

History

The historic station building from the 19th century was demolished in the early 70s of the 20th century and replaced by a then modern building in the style of concrete brutalism. This new station was put into operation in 1973. The historic station contained a waiting room for the Queen of the Netherlands a prince's room, which was translocated into the Dutch Railway Museum in Utrecht before the termination of the station.

Den Haag Centraal is the largest terminal station in the Netherlands and has twelve tracks. He is one of the main stations of the Dutch railway network.
