Denis Epstein

Denis Epstein ( born July 2, 1986 in Cologne ) is a German football player.

Career

After the son of Cologne football coach Dieter Epstein played since the age of twelve at the 1 FC Köln played and stood in the U-19 and U-20 national team of the DFB and graduated in the Regionalliga Nord some games. He was first 96 (1:4 ) was used on 16 October 2005 compared Hannover in the Bundesliga 1. During the meeting, he came on in the 72nd minute for his team - mates Dimitrios Grammozis.

Epstein was loaned from January 2007 to the end of season 2006/ 07 to the league rivals Rot-Weiss Essen. In July 2007 he dissolved his contract with Cologne and moved to Kickers Offenbach. From the 2008/ 09 season he played for the Greek first division club Iraklis Thessaloniki. He joined the 2010/11 season at Olympiakos Piraeus, where he again met with coach Ewald Lienen, who had coached him at his previous station. However, he was hired directly for a year at AO Kerkyra. After Loan Epstein returned to the summer break back to Piraeus. His contract was terminated, so he had not a single game for Olympiakos disputed. On July 19, 2011 committed the Greek first division side Atromitos Athens Epstein.

1 July 2013, he returned to Germany for FSV Frankfurt.

National

Dennis Epstein participated with the German U-19 national team at the U-19 European Championship in 2005.
