Dennis Blake

Dennis Blake ( Dennis Anthony Blake, born September 6, 1970) is a retired Jamaican sprinter who specialized in the 400 -meter run.

At the Olympic Games in Barcelona in 1992, he reached the quarter-finals and was eliminated in the 4 x 400 - meter relay in the run- off.

In 1993 he won silver at the Central American and Caribbean Championships. At the World Athletics Championships in Stuttgart, he came up with the Jamaican 4 x 400 -meter relay race to seventh place.

At the Commonwealth Games in 1994 in Victoria and in the Pan American Games in 1995 in Mar del Plata he took with the Jamaican relay each silver. In the 1995 World Cup in Gothenburg and at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta he wore with lead inserts to the profit of silver and bronze medals for the Jamaican relay team.

His personal best of 45.68 s he put up in Chapel Hill on 18 June 2000.
