Dennis Grote

Dennis Grote ( born August 9, 1986 in Kaiserslautern ) is a German football player. He plays since January 2012 for Preußen Münster.

Career

Grote played since 2002 at VfL Bochum and moved directly from the league on reserve in the Bundesliga squad. In the second half of the season 2004/ 05 Grote came as an amateur in five league games for use. In summer 2005, he signed a professional contract.

He stood in the German U-19 youth team in 2005. In 2006 he was appointed to the U-20 national team. In February 2007, he was appointed for the first time in the U-21 national team. In the U-21 European Championship 2009 in Sweden, he won alongside players like Manuel Neuer, Mesut Ozil and Sami Khedira the title by a 4-0 victory in the final over England.

On 16 December 2005 Dennis Grote scored his first Profitor in the 88th minute in a 1-0 victory in the second league match against Unterhaching. Easter Monday 2006, he rose with VfL Bochum in the Bundesliga 1. His first Premier League goal was scored by Grote on May 5, 2007, in the 3-0 away win against VfL Hamburger SV.

For winter break 2010/11 he moved to Red -Weiß Oberhausen, but left the club after relegation to the third division. Tryouts in the subsequent period at Alemannia Aachen and in England with Leeds United were unsuccessful.

During the winter break of the season 2011/12 Dennis Grote joined the third division Preußen Münster. He signed a contract for one and a half years there until 30 June 2013, and was on 21 January 2012 at the league game against Rot-Weiß Oberhausen for the first time for the people of Münster on the court. In April 2014, he signed a valid contract from the summer at MSV Duisburg.
