Dennis Hillebrand

Dennis Hillebrand ( born November 30, 1979 in Leonberg ) is a German football player.

Career

Dennis Hillebrand began playing football at the TSF Ditzingen and then went to VfB Stuttgart, where he played until the A- youth. At 18, he returned to regional league team back to Ditzingen. There he played for two years before he went to league rivals VfR Aalen after the descent of the association. There he recommended himself as a regular in the defense for higher responsibilities and also came with an offer of second division club SpVgg Greuther Fürth.

However, he had difficulty to prevail among the Franks. Only four times he came in his first season in 2001/ 02 for use, including three times as a substitute. Only in the second half of the following season, he was able to use the loss of another player and was in the last ten season games starting players in the back four.

When the Fürth urgently needed a striker shortly after the season starts in 2003, there was a swap deal with league rival LR Ahlen. Marcus Feinbier changed shortly before the end of the exchange period to the Franks, Hillebrand went into Munsterland But even with the Ahlenern Swabia failed the final breakthrough. After a mixed season in 2004 he joined back to his former club VfR basking in the Regionalliga. Back in his homeland, he spent three successful years at the club. He was not only a regular player and played more than 90 games, with 13 goals in two seasons, he became a defensive player with striker qualities.

Nevertheless followed in 2007 in exchange for FSV Frankfurt, who was newly risen to the Regionalliga Süd and the league experienced defender took them under contract. Dennis Hillebrand had been standing in all season games on the pitch and almost always played out. The 2008/09 season in the jersey of Frankfurt was his third start in professional football.

At the beginning of the season 2009/10 changed Hillebrand for FC Rot -Weiß Erfurt in the third league. In two seasons, he was used a total of 57 times in defense and scored a goal. His expiring contract in summer 2011, however, was not extended. Since the season 2011/12 Dennis Hillebrand plays for TSV Essingen with which he descended in 2012 from the Association League.
