Deportivo Municipal

Club Centro Deportivo Municipal is a football club based in the Peruvian capital of Lima. In the 2006 season the team won the championship in the second Peruvian league ( Segunda División Peruana ) and thus promotion to the Primera División Peruana, the highest Peruvian football class. In the years 1938, 1940, 1943 and 1950, Deportivo Municipal won the Peruvian national championship.
