Deputy (legislator)

As deputies ( mlat.: Deputatio / Deputatio = " assigned share ", " determination" - Latin: deputare = " assign "; " estimate " - spätlat: deputātus / deputatus = " member of a deputation "; French: député =. " deputy ", " deputy ", " parliament ", " people's representatives "; représentant = "Rep " ) are members of a delegation or deputation referred to the act in the name and on behalf of the transferees.

In various Anglo-Saxon and French-speaking countries is called so that even the members of the parliament.
