Songs

By Alexander four songs are completely intact, a fragmentary. He used rather difficult resolvable images, suggesting a high level of education of the author. Alexander wrote a Christmas poem, a Minne Leichhardt, which is the essence of Cupid and mentions the destruction of Troy, and the poem Hie before we dô children were one of the few representations of childhood in contemporary poetry.
