Derek Sanderson Jeter ( born June 26, 1974 in Pequannock, New Jersey) is an American professional baseball player in Major League Baseball. His nickname is Mr. November. Derek Jeter is the first Yankee player who has reached the 3,000 hits mark and the 28th MLB history at all.
Biography
Born in New Jersey Jeter spent most of his youth in Kalamazoo, Michigan and played at the local Kalamazoo Central High School basketball and baseball.
