Detlef Raugust

Detlef Raugust ( born August 26, 1954 in Zerbst ) is a former German football player.

Raugust began playing football at age nine in loco / forward Halberstadt. Mainly as a right defender, he played from 1971 to 1986 at the 1 FC Magdeburg and played three matches for the GDR in the years 1978 and 1979, the 1-2 defeat against Iraq in February 1979 should be his last international match. In 226 league games he scored 5 goals in 1974 and 1975 he was with the 1st FC Magdeburg master of the GDR. He played 44 games in the European Football Cup, where he won in 1974 with the first FC Magdeburg against AC Milan in the final of the European Cup Winners' Cup 2-0.
