Deutschland sucht den Superstar (season 2)

The second season of the German singing talent show Germany sucht den Superstar was broadcast from 3 September 2003 until 13 March 2004 at the television station RTL program. Both the two hosts, as well as the jury remained unchanged. Elli Erl won the final against Denise Tillmanns.

First Top 50 Show

The first Top 50 show was held on October 8, 2003. Jessica Houston and Denise Tillmanns moved into the theme shows.

Second Top 50 Show

The second Top 50 Show took place on 15 October 2003. Judith Burmeister and Ricky Ord moved into the theme shows.

Third Top 50 Show

The third top -50 show was held on 22 October 2003. Kemi Awosogba and Benjamin Martell moved into the theme shows.

Fourth Top 50 Show

The fourth Top 50 show was held on 29 October 2003. Aida Ilijašević and Steffen Frommberger moved into the theme shows.

Fifth Top 50 Show

The fifth Top 50 Show took place on 5 November 2003. Elli Erl and Lorenzo Woodard moved into the theme shows.

The Second Chance

The - second - chance -show took place on 12 November 2003. Anke Wagner, Philippe Bühler and Gunther Göbbel covered later in the theme shows.

First Mottoshow

The first theme show was titled My pop idol and was held on 22 November 2003. Jessica Houston and Ricky Ord had to leave the show first.

Second Mottoshow

The second theme show rock and pop ballads took place on 29 November 2003. Steffen Frommberger retired from the show.

Third Mottoshow

The third theme show my birth year took place on 13 December 2003. Lorenzo Woodard had received the fewest calls and thus different from.

Fourth Mottoshow

The fourth theme show titled Christmas Songs aired on 20 December 2003. Kemi Awosogba could not convince enough viewers of and different from the competition.

Fifth Mottoshow

The fifth theme show was titled Elton John meets Madonna and took place on 10 January 2004. Eliminated is this evening Judith Burmeister.

Sixth Mottoshow

The sixth theme show of Season 2 from January 17, 2004 was called Big Band. Aida Ilijašević is excreted.

Seventh Mottoshow

The seventh theme show took place on 31 January 2004. The motto was the best of the 70s. Anke Wagner had received the fewest viewer votes and was eliminated.

Eighth Mottoshow

The eighth theme show titled film film film took place on 7 February 2004. At the end of Gunther Göbbel received the fewest calls and was eliminated from the competition.

Ninth Mottoshow

In the ninth Mottoshow the song of the other four candidates were selected by the jury. Benjamin Martell was not convincing enough and got the fewest calls the audience.

Tenth Mottoshow

The tenth theme show on 21 February 2004 under the motto Swinging Sixties. In the decision Philippe Bühler was eliminated just before the finale.

Final

On March 13, Denise Tillmanns and Elli Erl fought for the title Superstar 2004. During the first round, the two opponents sang a highlight of the season. In round 2 both sang a further and self-selected song, and in the third round singing each his winning titles.

Elli Erl is the winner of the second season and thus Superstar 2004.
