Deux Arabesques

The Deux Arabesques include Claude Debussy's most famous works. They were created 1888-1891 and were therefore entitled under the Danse bohémienne (1880 ) his second composition for piano two hands.

Overridden is the first Arabesque in E major with Andantino con moto, the second in G major Allegretto scherzando.

An arabesque is a piece in free form, which was typical of the romantic music and was also used by Robert Schumann. Are conspicuous ornaments and gizmos in the piece, which can affect about rhythm or melody.

While still alive, Debussy about 20,000 copies were published and even today they have their place in the piano lessons.
