Develi is a town and a district of Kayseri Province in Turkey. In 2010, the city and the county had 36 708 64 836 inhabitants. In the district there are 4 towns and 45 villages. He was declared in 1860 to the district and is located 1,330 m above sea level in the south of the province, bordering the province of Adana.
