Deyang
Deyang (Chinese德阳 市, pinyin Deyang Shì ) is a prefecture-level city in the Chinese province of Sichuan. It has an area of 5818 km ² and has 3,810,000 inhabitants ( 2004). Your capital and seat of government is the greater community Jingyang. The Baoji - Chengdu railway line runs through its territory.
The city was taken on May 12, 2008 by a major earthquake.
Administrative Divisions
The prefecture-level city of Deyang is made at the county level from a township, three urban districts and two counties. These are:
- City Jingyang District -旌阳区Jingyang Qū, 648 km ², 630,000 inhabitants;
- Shifang City -什 邡 市Shifang Shì, 863 km ², 430,000 inhabitants;
- Guanghan City -广汉 市Guǎnghàn Shì, 551 km ², 590,000 inhabitants;
- Mianzhu City -绵竹 市Mianzhu Shì, 1245 km ², 510,000 inhabitants;
- Circle Luojiang -罗江县Luojiang Xiàn, 448 km ², 240,000 inhabitants;
- Circle Zhongjiang -中 江 县Zhongjiang Xiàn 2063 km ², 1,410,000 inhabitants.
Attractions
The Confucian Temple of Deyang ( Deyang Wenmiao德阳 文庙) since 2001 has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China ( 5-393 ).
