Dharshini David

Dharshini David (* 1973 in London ) is a business correspondent for Sky News.

Life

Dharshini David was born in the British capital London; her family is originally from Sri Lanka. At Downing College, University of Cambridge, she completed a business degree. Prior to her time in radio, she worked for Oxford Economic Forecasting, an independent think tank, the Economic Service of the Government and for the HSBC Investment Bank in London.

Dharshini David was employed from 2000 to 2009 on the BBC and could be seen in Germany on BBC World News, which is available via satellite and in numerous cable networks. She presented there from August 2006 the World Business Report from New York.

Since September 2009 Dharshini David works for Sky News.
