DHL Supply Chain

DHL Supply Chain is a logistics company DHL and the worldwide leader in contract logistics.

The company was founded in 2000 under the name Exel, based in Bracknell, near London, and acquired by Deutsche Post for 5.5 billion euros in 2005. Chief Executive John Allan, who built the British logistics group, moved in 2006 to the board of Deutsche Post, where he managed to June 2009, the Finance and "Global Business Services". The supply chain is managed by Bruce A. Edwards since March 2008.

With approximately 135,000 employees DHL Supply Chain is active around the globe in the logistics business. The company's turnover is more than thirteen billion euros.
