Diana degli Andalò

Diana Andalò († June 10, 1236 in Bologna, Italy), built in 1223 with the help of the Order of the General of the Dominicans Jordan of Saxony in Bologna Agnes Monastery, where they introduced the Dominican rule.

The approximately fifty letters to Diana Jordan testify of an ideal friendship. Diana Andalò mostly portrayed in religious habit with an Easter Lily.

In 1891 she was called by Pope Leo XIII. beatified.
