Diane-Capelle
Diane -Capelle ( German Diane Kappel Kappel 1871-94, 1940-44 Jägerndorf ) is a commune with 229 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Moselle in the Lorraine region.
Geography
The municipality is located nine kilometers west of the Saar Sarrebourg channel. The municipality Diane -Capelle include the hamlet Houillons and Tuillier and the southern part of the stock pond.
History
The village was German until 1661, then came to France, in 1871 and again in 1919 German French again. In the period 1940-1945 it was under German control, and then came back under French.
From 1 October 1972 to January 1, 1985 Diane -Capelle was merged with Kerprich -aux -Bois to the municipality Diane -et- Kerprich.
