Diastasis

Diastase ( from Greek diastasis διάστασις "splitting, standing apart ") stands for:

  • The divergence Standing, for example, the pelvic bone or the rectus abdominis muscles, see diastasis recti
  • The delineation / division / differentiation of two or more of the philosophical principles or procedures which usually have to do with each other or are associated with each other, for example, in the dialectical theology of the diastasis between crucifixion and resurrection of Christ
