Dichen Lachman

Dichen Lachman ( born February 22, 1982 in Kathmandu, Nepal ) is an Australian actress who is best known for her roles in Neighbours and in Dollhouse.

Life and career

Lachman was born in Kathmandu the daughter of a Tibetian and an Australian, where he spent the first seven years of her life, before her parents moved to Australia's Adelaide. She attended the High School, the College and the University of Adelaide.

In 2005 she was casted for the Australian soap opera Neighbours the role of the nurse Katya Kinski and turned in this role over 80 episodes. Prior to her role in Neighbours, she turned a commercial for Wanadoo. A year later she had a small role in the film Aquamarine - The vernixte first love. After the shooting of Bled in the role of Aaren, she stood in Aztec Rex as Ayacoatl front of the camera. In the produced by Joss Whedon series Dollhouse it was to see in the years 2008 to 2010 in the lead role of the Sierra.

In the fourth season of Torchwood Lachman had a guest role. In 2012 she played in the second season of the U.S. TV series Being Human the main role of the suras. Also since 2012, she is seen in the ABC television series Last Resort in a leading role.
