Dick Parry

Dick Parry ( born December 22, 1942 in Kent Ford, England ) is an English saxophonist. He worked mostly as a session musician with several record productions in different bands. Particularly well known Parry was the saxophone solos for the band Pink Floyd, which he founded in the plays of Money, Us and Them grossed ( on the plate The Dark Side of the Moon ) Shine On You Crazy Diamond ( Wish You Were Here ) and Wearing the Inside Out ( The Division Bell ). Parry also played at many concerts of the band in the years 1972 to 1994 and 2005 to the Live8 concerts of Pink Floyd and on the on - tour to Iceland by David Gilmour in 2006.
