Dicky Palyama (born 26 March 1978 in Gouda, Netherlands) is a Dutch national badminton player.

After four Dutch Junior titles he won the 1997 European Junior Championships in men's singles. In 1997 he won at the Welsh International, and from 2000 he became the series champion single in the Netherlands. By 2007, he won all the titles there. In 2002, he won internationally at the Spanish International, at the 2003 Bitburger Open. In 2007 he came with his team BC Amersfoort after a victory over CB Rinconada in the final in Amersfoort to the European Cup before. Together with Lotte Bruil, Yao Jie, Larisa Griga, Chris Bruil and Eric Pang they lost there NL Primorje. In the 2007 World Cup, he was next to Przemysław Wacha, Peter Gade and Kenneth Jonassen the only Europeans in the second round of the Men's Single Page. In 2009 he won at the Dutch International.
