Dicraeosauridae

Skeleton of Dicraeosaurus in the Berlin Museum of Natural History.

The Dicraeosauridae were sauropod dinosaur lizards Beck, who lived during the Upper Jurassic and Lower Cretaceous in the early South America and Africa. They are defined as all Diplodocoidea that are more closely related than Dicraeosaurus with Diplodocus. Of these, only three species are known so far that were 9-13 m long.

Features

Your physique is reminiscent of the the diplodocids ( long neck, extremely long tail, slightly built ), but in contrast to that group rather a tendency to shortening of the neck is clear. A typical feature of Dicraeosauriden are greatly elongated, sometimes almost spine-like, forked spinous processes of the cervical and dorsal vertebrae, which are very pronounced especially in Amargasaurus. The paired frontal bone has grown together.
