Dielsdorf District

The District Dielsdorf is a district in the northwest of the canton of Zurich in Switzerland.

The district includes parts of Dielsdorf Furttales south of the warehouses, the Wehntal north of this law tail, and the territory up to the northern border on the Rhine.

The district was created after the end of the mediation Constitution in 1814 from the western part of the district Bülach and Oberamt rain mountain was initially called. The cantonal constitution of 1831, the chief official was the district Regenberg.

The county seat was reached after long political disputes of mountain rain moved in 1871 to the foot of warehouses according Dielsdorf. Due to the relocation of the municipal seat of the unloved castle on the Buck ( Castle mountain rain ) into the valley it became the county Dielsdorf.

The only city of the district is rain village.
