Dimitar Iliev (footballer born 1988)

Dimitar Iliew ( Bulgarian Димитър Илиев; born September 25, 1988 in Plovdiv ) is a Bulgarian football player. He plays since 2010 at CSKA Sofia in A Grupa, the highest Bulgarian division.

Career

Iliew began his career at Locomotive Plovdiv, where he was brought into the first team in 2005. In the season 2006/ 07 he made his debut at European club level, after locomotive qualified last year with fifth place for the Intertoto Cup. Playing in the second round against Farul Constanta on July 8, 2006, he appeared as a substitute in the 77th minute. The game ended 1-1. In the following years was Iliew locomotive with two third (06 /07, 07/ 08) and sixth in the league (08 /09). In January 2010 he joined on loan for half the season to Minjor Pernik, with whom he reached eighth place.

In the summer of 2010, he signed with CSKA Sofia runner.
