Dingras, Ilocos Norte

Dingras is a town in the Philippine province of Ilocos Norte. In 2010, she counted 37 021 inhabitants. By the municipality flow numerous rivers, of which the largest is Laoag. It is because of its fish and oysters wealth for many families important to secure a livelihood.
