Diplomatic law

Diplomatic law, Diplomatic Law is the totality of legal norms that regulate the activity of the diplomatic missions and diplomatic missions.

Diplomats is a right in international law. The Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations ( WÜD ) codified the diplomats law customary law developed. It was completed after preliminary work of the International Law Commission of the UN on 18 April 1961 in Vienna and has been in force since 24 April 1962. The agreement regulates the diplomatic traffic, including immunities of diplomats.

Subdivisions

A distinction between the international and the national diplomatic law:

  • International diplomats law (international law) regulates at the international level ( the States).
  • National diplomats law is a part of administrative law and regulates the diplomatic service ( Foreign Service ), the diplomatic rank ( bureaucratic career ) diplomatic protocol, etc.
