Dirk Sondermann

Dirk Sondermann ( born December 14, 1960 in Bochum ) is a German author, graduate theologian and owner of a horticultural farm in Hattingen.

Sondermann engaged as an author with the regional legends and founded in 2003, the Institute for narrative research in the Ruhr. His collections of legends contain not only detailed background information and the geo-coordinates of the historic sites. Support in the survey, he received particular Wolfhard Schlosser, an expert on archaeoastronomy. For special 's favorite saying the saga of Goldemar counts on Burghard stone. Among the special methods Manns also includes the collection of legends with locals, including farmers, in order to find previously undescribed word.

In 2010 participates Dirk Sondermann at RUHR.2010 - European Capital of Culture with the Fabulous Ruhr project. He now lives in Hattingen.
