Dirty Pictures is a feature film produced for television by American director Frank Pierson from the year 2000. Drama The film is based on the legal procedures to the Mapplethorpe exhibition The Perfect Moment in Cincinnati.

Action

The museum curator Dennis Barrie ( James Woods ) device because of its decision to conduct a controversial photo exhibition, in the crosshairs of the Sheriff Simon Leis ( Craig T. Nelson), the mind is doing everything to convict Berrie in the course of litigation. As the public controversy about freedom and moral boundaries of art increasingly jeopardizes Barrie gets marriage in danger, and his daughter is physically attacked. The competent court finally comes to the conclusion that the exhibition was lawful.
