Disney Junior

Disney Junior is a pay- TV channel of The Walt Disney Company. In the USA, the station became operational in February 2011. In Germany the station has replaced the transmitter Playhouse Disney on July 14. Was started with the premiere of the new season of the craft show Art Attack and the new Disney Junior series Jake and the Neverland Pirates. From 6.00-13.30 clock the transmitter was still under the name of Playhouse Disney on the same time slot.

Disney Junior HD is receivable at Telekom Entertain & from 15 April 2014 in the Sky World package via satellite.

The target group is young children between two and seven years. The TV operates a website, offered on the learning games to characters like Winnie the Pooh or Mickey Mouse.
