Ditz (Fils)
At the upper reaches of the Ditz
The Ditz is a right tributary of the Fils in Bad Ditzenbach in the district of Göppingen in Baden- Württemberg. The approximately two -kilometer-long river rises in the talus below the Schläfhalde in a valley between the Schlossberg with the Hiltenburg and the upper mountain rock. In the upper reaches of the creek bed Ditz has numerous designated as a natural monument travertine mountains, over which flows the water in small waterfalls. In Bad Ditzenbach the Ditz opens into the Fils.
