Divya Dutta

Divya Dutta ( Punjabi: ਦਿਵਯਾ ਦੱਤਾ; Hindi: दिव्या दत्ता Divya Datta, born September 25, 1977 in Ludhiana, Punjab ) is an Indian actress, who stars mainly in Hindi and Punjabi films.

Career

She made her debut in 1994 in the film Ishq Ishq My Jeena My Marna, who flopped. She then starred in films such as Veergati, Ram Aur Shyam or Surakshaa. Her first success in the 1990s was the Punjabi film Shaheed -E - Mohabbat from 1999 by Manoj Punj, who for three more films casted from him later. In 2004 she was for her portrayal of Veer and Zaara Shabbo in - excellent The Legend of Love as best actress in a supporting role with a Zee Cine Award and a Global Indian Film Award.
