The Dja is a (including the Ngoko, the common end portion of the rivers Dja and Boumba ) 523 km long tributary of the Sangha in Cameroon. The Dja Wildlife Reserve is located within a large loop on the upper reaches of the river.
Sometimes the lower reaches of the Dja at the border with the Republic of Congo is referred to as Ngoko, or the entire course of the river to its confluence with the Sangha (at 1 ° 39 '6 " N, 16 ° 3' 20" O1.65173716.055646 ) is called Dja.
