DJane Housekat

DJane HouseKat ( civil Kathrin Kohlhepp, * 1987), also known as DJ, Candy, is a German musician and DJ from Ingolstadt. She became known in 2012 with the House single My Party.

Background

According to her record company Sony Music, the artist comes from a musical family and came by a former friend to hang up. Produced by Axel Konrad she published in early 2012 the song My Party, a cover version of the classic Let's All Chant Michael Zager Band from 1978, in which it is supported by the British rapper Chima Rameez Okpalaugo. As a DJ, Candy, she was employed as a regular DJ at the Munich Art Park Club Rafael.

Career

After she hung up as resident DJ in several clubs, she then released her first single My Party. The song came in January 2012, initially in the clubs, was offered as a single track on iTunes for download on 3 February 2012 and was released on March 19, 2012 as an iTunes single. First, the song took place in the German singles chart and also in the Dance Charts little attention.
