Dmitri Alexeev (pianist)

Dmitri Konstantinovich Alekseyev (Russian: Дмитрий Константинович Алексеев, scientific transliteration Dmitri Alexeev Konstantinović; born August 10, 1947 in Moscow ) is a Russian pianist.

Dmitri Alexeyev studied at the Moscow Conservatory and with Dmitri Bashkirov. In the 1970s, he made his debut with performances in London, Vienna, Chicago and New York.

Alexeiev repertoire that he recorded in part on recorded music, including works by Robert Schumann, Johannes Brahms, Sergei Prokofiev Sergei Rachmaninov and. Alexeyev has also appeared as an accompanist by Barbara Hendricks.
