Dmitri Altarev

Dmitri Vladimirovich Altarjow (Russian: Дмитрий Владимирович Алтарёв; born August 13, 1980 in the Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who is under contract with HK Yugra Khanty-Mansiysk in the Kontinental Hockey League since December 2011.

Career

Dmitri Altarjow began his career as a hockey player with Disel Penza, for the first team to 2000 he was active from 1998 in Wysschaja League, the second Russian league. He was then selected in the NHL Entry Draft in the ninth round in 2000 when a total of 264 players from the New York Islanders, for whom he never played, however. Instead, the attacker also played two years for Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod in the Super League, before he returned for four more seasons to Disel Pensa. For the 2006/07 season the links Sagittarius signed again with Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod, which had descended in the meantime in the Wysschaja league. With 36 points in 43 games scorer, he was instrumental in the second division championship and promotion to the Super League in 2007. In this he came in the following season, however, only about five appearances in which he scored a goal and gave a presentation.

In the summer of 2008 Altarjow signed with HK Yugra Khanty-Mansiysk from the Wysschaja League, with whom he each second division champion in the next two years and in 2010 rose to the Continental Hockey League. After a year in which he completed 58 KHL games, Altarjow was committed from Metallurg Magnitogorsk in May 2011. In Metallurg but he could not prevail and finally returned to an assist in 14 games in December 2011 back to HK Yugra Khanty-Mansiysk back.
