Dmitriy Shevchenko (fencer)

Dmitri Stepanovich Shevchenko (Russian: Дмитрий Степанович Шевченко; born November 13, 1967 in Moscow, former Soviet Union) is a former Soviet, later Russian, fencer and Olympic champion with the foil.

Dmitry Shevchenko is a graduate of the Russian State Academy of Physical Culture and launched for the Central Army Sports Club Moscow ( CSKA Moscow ). He is 1.94 m tall and weighed about his time as Active 96 kg. In 1987, Shevchenko first attracted international attention when he won the Junior World Championship in Fencing.
